SMAC Productions, founded by renowned "Good Morning America" co-anchor and former NFL star Michael Strahan alongside his long-standing business associate Constance Schwartz-Morini, is making a significant leap into the podcast arena. This new venture sees the accomplished duo not only overseeing the network but also stepping up to co-host a show themselves.
The new podcast network from SMAC, named The Intersection, is scheduled to debut later in 2026. This initiative is a strategic collaboration with AMP Media, Sinclair’s digital content division. The launch will introduce two primary programs: one hosted by Strahan and Schwartz-Morini, featuring conversations with celebrities, executives, and individuals who have contributed to their success, focusing on themes of leadership, entrepreneurship, and reinvention; and another featuring Pro Football Hall of Famer Terrell Owens with comedian-writer-producer Chris Spencer, delving into discussions on sports, popular culture, and current events.
SMAC will be responsible for all in-house production of The Intersection's programming. Meanwhile, AMP Media will manage distribution, audience engagement, and advertising sales.
